Tuesday, I went to RP for enrolment in the morning. Actually it's my first time there, so i have to find my way there. I took a 10-15mins walk from the mrt. == Imagine going to school everyday... Can take it as a exercise already. Hahas! Reached school, took a look around..... It's beautiful~~ And it is air-conditioned in almost every part of the school. When I walk to the place where the enrolment venue is...... I was shocked. Cause there is a long queue already... People are lining up outside the enrolment venue. I went there on the first day too, so no choice... When I went into the venue, I realised that I have to queue up station by station and it's a long queue to each station. There are a total of 5 stations... I thought I can queue up once for all the stations and I know I have to queue for long hours already. Can you imagine how long it takes to complete all...... =( But there are a few funny incidents in the middle of the enrolment.
Tiring...... Finally, I have reached the last station which is photo-taking for my student and ez-link card. Next, went to purchase laptop and configuration station to sign up for my own student ID and stuffs. Talking about the configuration station...... There were 2 very helpful guys who are in charge of the configuring of laptops. Thanks for their help! They are quite good-looking and cute too. Hahas, oops. Alright, finally all of the procedures are completed. Phew! Then went to have lunch cum dinner. Didn't have my lunch until evening. So exhausted..... Queued up from the morning until evening, for around 6-7 hours so it's about 1 hour for each station.
The next day, there was a report of the enrolment procedure in the newspaper. Many of the parents are complaining that they have to queue for long hours, and it is preferred to do it online. I have the same mindset with the parents too, by doing it online it saves more time and more convenient.
Finally I have settled the stuffs for enrolment, it's like placing a huge rock off my heart. After I went home, I kept exploring and using my lappy. Hahas! Have to get used to it before the start of school.
